About Dolphin's Leap

Dolphin’s Leap is a stunning Mediterranean villa set in the hillside with dramatic views across the Aegean Sea in the Pelion region of Greece.

The property is hidden away in a idyllic location with a saltwater infinity pool and verandah, looking out across the bay of Lefokastro where dolphins are often seen. There's a diving board for morning dips in the clear blue Aegean waters and a small, wild beach a few steps away, perfect for morning meditation.

Retreat programme

Each day will begin with meditation on the beach and a flowing asana class on the yoga terrace overlooking the deep blue sea, opening the body and attuning the mind to the breath.

Morning practice will be followed by a healthy breakfast. Then you will be free to head to the beach, relax by the pool, or explore the stunning beauty of the surroundings.

A light self service lunch will be offered. The group will meet again in the late afternoon for a second more restorative yoga session. Sunita will also bring her sound bowls for a real treat as the sun goes down.

The classes will be suitable for all levels and yoga experience. There will be one yoga free day during the week and no yoga on travel days.

In the evenings, a dinner of delicious home cooked Greek dishes will be served with local wine. The group will eat al fresco on a shaded terrace as the sun sets. One evening the group will walk to the local village for dinner at a charming traditional Greek taverna.

Things to do

You can choose to do as much or as little as you like. Simply taking the week to find deep rest and rejuvenation in this peaceful place.

Between morning and evening yoga there will be time to relax on the beach, swim, kayak or paddle board in the clear blue waters of the Aegean sea. Enjoy a massage with a local therapist, or simply take in spectacular views from the infinity pool. On the yoga free day the group can take a wonderful boat trip to Trikeri island.

There are lovely walks through the olive groves. The local village of Lefokastro is a short walk away, where the group will have dinner at a traditional local taverna one evening.

Accommodation & food

The villa offers light, airy and spacious bedrooms all with sea views. A mix of single, twin and triple rooms. All have air conditioning and most have en-suite bathrooms.

There's a large spacious living room and communal kitchen where refreshments and snacks are available throughout the day. There are terraces and shaded areas for peaceful relaxation throughout the property.

A healthy breakfast, light lunch and delicious dinner will be served each day apart from dinner out one night at a local taverna. Meals are vegetarian and prepared by a local cook using organic, fresh, seasonal and locally grown or homemade produce.

Client Reviews

The Dolphin’s Leap retreat was incredible! The venue and location are absolutely stunning, I felt like I was in a dream for most of the week! We were so well cared for and looked after; the food was delicious and the boat trip arranged for us was fantastic. That, combined with Sunita’s expert ability to hold and guide the group throughout the week with fun, curiosity and kindness, meant I had such a wonderful relaxing holiday which was just what I needed.
