About Finca Sanau
Finca Sanau is situated in the south of Mallorca. An authentic Mediterranean style retreat finca set in luscious gardens which naturally create their own private spaces and corners ideal for resting, meditating or reading to the sound of running water from the fountains or the singing of the birds at sun set.
The finca offers a generous space with diverse terraces, a swimming pool and hammocks under the trees in the fresh breeze and shade. A palm tree courtyard connects the main house to the terraces and the yoga space.
There will be two yoga classes each day in the light and airy and fully equipped yoga space.
Each day will begin with a morning class of meditation and an energising morning flow to gently open the body and attune the mind to the breath. The classes will be suitable for all levels and yoga experience.
The afternoon class will be a more restorative class to delve deeper into the postures.
Between yoga classes there will be the chance to explore the beautiful natural surroundings, head out to the beach or local towns, or simply rest and relax and take a massage. During the week there will be one yoga free day.

I just wanted to say that I had the most wonderful week and it went above and beyond my expectations. Amelia was just amazing and I would love to go on another retreat with her. All in all it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long while and will definitely be booking another for next year!Clare
Amelia is a fantastic teacher. She engages a group really well and her instructions are second to none and I have had many yoga teachers over the years. She is also such a lovely person.Zoe
I had the best time with Amelia in Spain. She was so welcoming, relaxed and genuine on the retreat; brilliant at touching on so many aspects of yoga, giving information and offering as much as the group wanted. She read the group really really well. Her practice is really clear and considered and she was always prepared, professional and organised. It's impossible to consider going on a retreat with anyone else :)Rebecca
