The isle of Ibiza possesses many treasures and boasts a varied and stunning coastline of dramatic rock formations and white sandy beaches. A great landscape of blue sea and reddish earth, rough rocks and sunny orchards where oranges and apricots grow alongside mint and jasmine. There are ancient olive groves and white houses glowing alongside the lush hills and high cliffs. Ibiza has long been known as a magical island and there is evidence of why that is wherever you look.
About the farmhouse
This beautiful 400 year old country house has a yoga studio, a shaded outdoor yoga platform, a Mediterranean garden and a swimming pool. Situated in the north of the island surrounded by forest, it radiates a natural beauty and is filled with silence and the power of nature. This peaceful space allows people to come and reconnect with themselves and with nature. It is within easy reach of stunning beaches, vibrant markets, exceptional culinary offerings and majestic ocean sunsets.
The daily programme
Join Federica for a yoga retreat to focus on yourself and your connection with others, while opening your heart to nature's peaceful energy and invigorating environment. Federica will offer two sessions each day. The daily classes will focus on movement, breath and relaxation to make your body stronger and more flexible enhancing your awareness of breath, alignment and inner connection.
The day will begin with a flowing and dynamic hatha vinyasa flow class either on the outdoor forest platform or in the stunning yoga studio. This will be followed by brunch served outside on a tranquil and shaded terrace. The group will meet again in the late afternoon for a more relaxing and restorative class before dinner.
There will be a daily brunch after the morning yoga class and dinner will be provided on five evenings. There will be two yoga-free afternoons for further afield beach exploring or simple time for sunsets on the beach. On these two days dinner will be at local restaurants at an extra cost.

What can I say but wow, wow, wow! This yoga retreat expected all of my expectations – the location, the venue, the food (Tom is an outstanding cook), the group (we’re already trying to organise a reunion) and the teacher. I’m a yoga teacher and on this retreat I learned so much for my own body as well as for my students. Federica gives so much of herself – as a small group we all felt very privileged to have been in Ibiza with her. Overall, an absolutely brilliant yoga retreat – one of the best I have ever been on (and I have done lots) so thank you YOAS. I shall be back!Kay
I had an amazing yoga retreat in Ibiza, was everything I hoped it would be and more. Practicing with Federica was an absolute joy - I thoroughly enjoyed her classes and I hope to return to Ibiza to be taught by her again.Cheryl
Federica’s retreats are special and like nothing I have experienced before. She is a healer, a teacher, a mother and a friend. I feel blessed that I was guided to meet this beautiful woman. I can honestly say my life has changed for the better. She has a natural ability to tap into the deepest emotions in a kind and safe way.Sharan
It was such an amazing week - Federica is quite a teacher!! Seriously, she was an amazing yoga teacher - the best I have come across AND she managed to make the whole week somewhat transformational for many of us! Not bad at all!Jo
I had a most wonderful yoga holiday...the accommodation is fantastic, the vegetarian meals were very tasty and varied. I felt both physically and mentally recharged.Carroll
