There will be a delicious healthy lunch and the group will meet again in the late afternoon for a more restorative practice to delve deeper into the postures with a healing sound bath. In the evening the group will gather again for dinner in the barn and chats around the fire pit.

Arrival time on Friday 20 March will be from 4pm. Departure on Sunday 22 March will be at midday after a lake dip for those who fancy it, energising morning yoga and a nourishing brunch.
