Itha108 is a Greek island retreat set in a place of outstanding natural beauty, providing a space specifically for peace, relaxation and practice. Located on the island of Ithaca, which lies between the mainland of Greece and Kefalonia. This small island charms visitors with its lush greenery, pristine beaches, mythical history and uniquely peaceful energy.
Itha108 overlooks the sea and the eastern coastline of neighbouring Kefalonia from an elevated wilderness of olive trees and exposed rocks that provide the elements around which it is built, allowing its natural beauty to speak for itself. An emphasis on indoor-outdoor living ensures full use of the land and its treasures that extend to sweeping and hidden beaches below.
Jodi will offer two classes each day. The daily sessions will focus on movement, breath and relaxation to enhance your awareness of alignment and inner connection.
The day will begin with a flowing and dynamic asana class on the outdoor platform overlooking the sea. The group will meet again in the early evening for a more relaxing and restorative class before dinner.
Classes will be suitable for all abilities and there will be one yoga free day.
Things to do
In between the morning and afternoon yoga classes you can walk to one of three beautiful beaches, all just five minutes away by foot. Spend your time soaking up the sun and swimming in the sea or take a personal excursion to Kioni or Vathy - one of the picturesque island villages for shopping and cafes. There is also the opportunity for a guided island hike or you can simply relax at Itha108 - read, relax, take a massage.

The retreat was just absolute bliss! Itha108 really is a special place and Jodi a wonderful teacher. Food was also a great part, Hanna is a very gifted chef and all the meals were incredibly delicious.
