About Eden Rise

Eden Rise is an enchanting converted barn property that is more than 200 years old set in the beautiful Devon countryside close to Totnes.

An eco venue run on solar and green energy with fresh filtered water from the on-site borehole. The perfect environment for retreats with a light and spacious yoga space, places to gather and eat together inside and out, and a woodburning sauna.

Neighbouring land includes wooded fringes, the Harbourne river, sculptures and shrines and the Santa Rosa labyrinth. An idyllic setting for wild swims, walks and exploring.

Retreat programme

There will be a yoga class with Lila on Friday evening and meditation after dinner.

On Saturday there will be two yoga classes, morning and evening, leaving plenty of time in between to walk, rest, relax, take a massage or sauna, or a trip into Totnes.

There will be a yoga class on Sunday morning and more time for walks before lunch and goodbyes.

Accommodation & food

Accommodation for this retreat is in single or twin rooms. There is also a mini dorm room for 4 people and a pod dorm for 6 people with partition walls between the sleeping spaces. Rooms are simple but comfortable and most have doors leading to the courtyard garden or upper terrace. All bathrooms are shared. There are also canvas bell tents for campers.

All meals will be vegetarian and freshly prepared using organic local produce where possible.
