About the Sadhana weekender
The Sadhana Yoga weekender returns in August 2018 with the primary focus being you. Immerse yourself in yogic practices, nurture yourself and dive deep into the practice. Enjoy the surrounding Devon countryside, eat delicious wholesome food, take a sauna and find the space to breathe.
There will be a full daily programme of yoga practice. See below for the sample schedule. Lila will host the weekend and hold the space. She looks forward to welcoming you.

My favourite yoga retreat so far! Just back from a weekend at Eden Rise in Totnes. A lovely group and fabulous teacher. The weekend was well set up for a good balance of classes, workshops, rest and scrumptious meals. Our teacher Lila Conway was a blessing, very grounding and nurturing. Thank you! I will be booking up for more retreats with you!Sarah
Lila...managed to create a real feeling of family in such a short time. The setting was gorgeous, the yoga and meditation just perfect, and I really enjoyed the time to be still and quiet, as well as have a chance to meet some lovely people. In between the yoga and various activities, we had some lovely walks and lots of interesting ideas came up.Adina
The venue was beautiful and everyone was so warm and welcoming to me. Lila our instructor was incredible, so warm and patient and there was no pressure. Also Justine's Lomi massage was the best massage I've ever had!!! So, if you are hesitant about booking a retreat, please don't wait I'm sure you will love every minute as much as I did.Debbie
The weekend was exactly what I needed. I’ve been on many retreats (and taught at a few), and this one is right up there with the best of them. I guess a lot of people are attracted to beautiful locations or pampering or a specific style, but this weekend had everything that really mattered, and I would attach the prefix “fabulous" to all of these: yoga, food and company. I guess the last one is a matter of serendipity, but you do get what you ask for. Thanks again for a fabulous weekend.Steve
Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend. It was exactly what the doctor ordered! I live a fairly hectic life so to take a whole weekend for myself to relax, unwind and get a new sense of perspective was much needed and it felt so good. The best part is that I have carried that sense of peace, awareness and control that we blossomed over the weekend back home to the 'real world'. Life is good, I'm heading in the right direction, after clearing space at the retreat I can see that so clearly now.Tom
Lila, I love, I love, I love your classesSathyaprem
I really enjoyed it all and found the space and quiet I needed! Doing so much yoga was great! You are both so gifted at facilitating ...so nurturing and calm. A joy!
I started Lila's classes about 4 years ago when I took her beginners course. She's become my favourite yoga teacher as her classes offer much more than just the physical aspect of the yoga postures. Her strong connection with her teachings brings a deep sense of well-being to her classes and I can totally recommend them to anyone with an interest in yoga.Sharon
I had a wonderful retreat at Eden Rise. This was thanks to Lila whom I experienced as a very special yoga teacher. She helped me and inspired me in ways she may not even be aware of. I have been able to make some positive changes as a result. I found in her an unusual blend of pure essential yoga combined with wisdom, experience, spirituality and grounded humour.Mary
