About the Sadhana weekender
Our sadhana yoga weekender returns in June 2020 with the primary focus being you. Immerse yourself in yoga, nurture yourself and dive deep into your practice. Enjoy the surrounding Devon countryside, eat delicious wholesome food, take a sauna and find the space to breathe.
There will be a full daily programme of yoga practice as outlined below. Lila, your teacher, will host the weekend and hold the space. Please note this weekend is not suitable for complete beginners - at least one year of yoga practice is recommended.
Just two miles from Totnes, Eden Rise provides a beautiful environment for this sadhana weekend. Neighbouring land includes wooded fringes, the Harbourne river, sculptures and shrines and the Santa Rosa labyrinth.

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend. It was exactly what the doctor ordered! I live a fairly hectic life so to take a whole weekend for myself to relax, unwind and get a new sense of perspective was much needed and it felt so good. The best part is that I have carried that sense of peace, awareness and control that we blossomed over the weekend back home to the 'real world'. Life is good, I'm heading in the right direction, after clearing space at the retreat I can see that so clearly now.Tom
Lila and her team managed to create a real feeling of family in such a short time. The setting was gorgeous, the yoga and meditation just perfect, and I really enjoyed the time to be still and quiet, as well as have a chance to meet some lovely people. In between the yoga and various activities, we had some lovely walks and lots of interesting ideas came up.Adina
Thank you for a brilliant retreat. Lila was a fantastic teacher and catered to all abilities. I'd highly recommend.Joe
I had a wonderful retreat at Eden Rise. This was thanks to Lila whom I experienced as a very special yoga teacher. She helped me and inspired me in ways she may not even be aware of. I have been able to make some positive changes as a result. I found in her an unusual blend of pure essential yoga combined with wisdom, experience, spirituality and grounded humour.Mary
My favourite yoga retreat so far! Just back from a weekend at Eden Rise in Totnes. A lovely group and fabulous teacher. The weekend was well set up for a good balance of classes, workshops, rest and scrumptious meals. Our teacher Lila Conway was a blessing, very grounding and nurturing. Thank you! I will be booking up for more retreats with you!Sarah
Lila, I love, I love, I love your classes.Sathyaprem
