About the Sadhana retreat
Led by Kate, our Sadhana retreat returns in September with the primary focus being you. Immerse yourself in yogic practices, nurture yourself and dive deep into the practice. Enjoy the surrounding Devon countryside, eat delicious wholesome food, take a sauna and find the space to breathe.
There will be a full programme of yoga practice as outlined below. Kate will host the weekend and hold the space. Please note this weekend is not suitable for complete beginners - at least one year of practice is recommended.
Just two miles from Totnes, Eden Rise provides a beautiful environment for this Sadhana weekend. Neighbouring land includes wooded fringes, the Harbourne river, sculptures and shrines and the Santa Rosa labyrinth.
Across the three days you will immerse ourselves in a variety of practices as outlined below.

My favourite yoga retreat so far. Just back from a weekend at Eden Rise in Totnes. A lovely group and fabulous teacher. The weekend was well set up for a good balance of classes, workshops, rest and scrumptious meals. it was a blessing, very grounding and nurturing. Thank you. I will be booking up for more retreats with you!Sarah
May I just thank you and Kate and Charlotte for a most nourishing retreat both for my soul and tummy! I really enjoyed the setting, the food, the teachings, the yoga, my massage with Claudia and the lovely like minded people who joined me this weekend.Davina
The yoga retreat with Kate was truly amazing, this is first retreat I’ve been on and I couldn’t have for a better unforgettable first experience. I loved the combination of yoga, chanting, singing and meditation.Stacey
